   • Website Development Services: Cancellation requests for website development services should be made within 7 days of the initial payment. After this period, the service will be considered as commenced, and the terms for refunds will apply as per our refund policy.

2. Service Cancellation by Think A Digital:

   • Think A Digital reserves the right to cancel services at any time, with or without notice, if there is a breach of terms or misuse of services. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

   • Refunds are available for digital marketing services if a written cancellation request is received at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
   • For website development services, a refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial payment. Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or for completed milestones as per the agreed project plan.

2. Non-Refundable Services:

   • Consultation fees and charges for any third-party services or tools used in the delivery of services are non-refundable.
   • Payments made for custom software development or any specialized services that require significant time investment and resources are non-refundable.

3. Processing Refunds:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
