Payments made for digital marketing services including:

are generally non-refundable once the project or campaign has started.
Digital marketing involves strategic planning, research, ad setup, optimization, and resource allocation, therefore refunds are not applicable after work initiation.
2. Website Design & Development Refund Policy
Advance Payments
- All advance payments made for website design and development projects are non-refundable.
- The advance amount covers project planning, UI/UX design, development setup, research, and resource allocation.
After Design Approval
- Once the website design/mockup is approved by the client, no refund will be provided.
- Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may involve extra charges.
Development Phase
- No refunds will be issued once the website development process has started.
- This includes:
- Custom coding

- Database configuration
Domain & Hosting
- Payments made for:

- Hosting services

Delayed Response from Client
If the client fails to provide:

- Feedback
- Required approvals
within a reasonable timeframe, the project may be delayed without refund eligibility.
Project Cancellation
If the client cancels the project after work has started:
- The completed work charges will apply.
- No refund will be issued for completed milestones or development hours already invested.
3. Advertising Budget Refund Policy
Any advertising budget paid towards:

is completely non-refundable because the amount is directly utilized on third-party advertising platforms.
4. Monthly Services Cancellation
Clients may cancel monthly services by providing prior written notice.

- Current month/service cycle payments are non-refundable.
- Services will remain active until the billing period ends.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Digital marketing and SEO results depend on multiple external factors including:
- Competition
- Industry trends
- Search engine algorithm updates
- Advertising budget
- Audience behavior
Therefore, Think A Digital does not guarantee:
- Specific Google rankings
- Exact number of leads
- Fixed sales results
- Guaranteed ROI
Refunds will not be issued based on marketing performance expectations.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under special circumstances if:
- The project has not started
- Duplicate payment was made
- Technical billing error occurred
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Think A Digital before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Permanent account termination
